I started this in December 2014. After being dormant for several years the project finally resumed progress in summer 2017. Being released on the marketplace that August and becoming one of the highest downloaded products on the store.
This project was commissioned by the Carrickfergus Museum, in Northern Ireland. It is a complete 1:1 replica of what we believe, from resources, the town of Carrickfergus would have looked like in 1690. It includes perceived reconstructions of local landmarks such as Carrickfergus Castle, Joymount Palace and St Nicholas Church.
My interpretation of life on mars.
This project shows what I imagine mars to look like if the human race was to colonise it.
It features a large bio-dome in the centre, mining facilities, and a STAL (Short takeoff and landing) Facility - along with a hangar.
Created as part of a set consisting of four 1:1 recreations of iconic Northern Ireland landmarks. They were commissioned for use in a competition hosted By CultureTech, sponsored by the Belfast Telegraph.
The landmarks include the Guildhall in Derry/Londonderry, the Belfast City Hall, Samson and Goliath, and the Mussenden Temple.
This project was created for “Minecraft EDU day, exploring the ISS”. It was designed to educate
children in the living conditions that Tim Peak will be experiencing aboard the International Space
Station.
The map was commissioned by the UK Space Agency for the NI Science Festival.
The build is a 1:1 recreation of the International Space Station within Minecraft, including substantial interior details in various modules.
This is a 20:1 scale replica of the Douglas DC3 aircraft. Where one block is 5cm^3.
The plane is is 400 blocks long and has a wingspan of 500 blocks.
This is 20:1 scale recreation of the BAE Hawk T1, each plane is 240 blocks long, with a wing span of 189 Blocks.
I decided to duplicate the aircraft into the famous "Big Battle" formation, which has all 9 Red Arrows in a V shape.
